2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register an Account and use re999 services, you must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

re999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Restrictions

• Each User may register only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of associated funds and winnings.
• Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• re999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing Accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.
• Employees of re999, its affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register or play on the Platform.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including name, date of birth, address, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Deposit Terms

re999 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated or imposed by your payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

Sports betting markets are offered on cricket, football, tennis, and other sports as displayed on the Platform. All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically void unless the match is completed within 48 hours or unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real-time. re999 reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse bets, or adjust odds at any time.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed during bet placement.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results. VAR decisions, umpire reviews, and official scorecards are binding.

Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 re999-Initiated Closure

re999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or falsified identity documents
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process
